Backing Up Your WebMail Address Book

All NetAlberta e-mail users can use the Address Book provided in the Netalberta Webmail interface. Although our e-mail servers are extremely reliable and available 24/7, we strongly recommend that you maintain your own address book backup. We have provided detailed instructions on how to do this below. If you use your webmail address book, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the procedure.

Exporting Contacts:

Log into your account using NETalberta Web Mail (http://mail.netalberta.com)

click on Address Book -

Click on 'Save'

Save the .csv file to your local computer and remember to note where you saved the file.
